What you can expect from staff

• Staff members are here to make your experience in the server as enjoyable as possible.

• You can ask them questions about server features, commands, etc. Please check out our Wiki and FAQ before asking.

• You can reach out to report a bug, exploit or a player breaking the rules. The best way to do this is in our Discord.

• Suggest features and improvements for the server. Also check out our #suggestions Discord channel.

What you can not expect from staff

• Staff members are volunteers that dedicate their free time to the server. They can not be online 24/7 or reply immediately.

• You are welcome to ask questions in the server chat, but sometimes staff are busy working on something else. In this case it's best to ask in Discord or open a Support ticket.

• Replies to tickets can take up to 24h depending on the issue. We try to solve them instantly but sometimes we're not available.

• Staff members will not use their permissions to give you an in game benefit. An example would be asking a staff member to teleport you somewhere.

• Please avoid spamming staff members asking for help with something, constant pings, etc.
